Immersive Travel, One Breath at a Time . . .

Our final 2026 offer is here! October 23-31

Prana Tours is a women-owned company that offers mindful and immersive women’s wellness travel experiences aimed at grounding us in our bodies, one breath at a time. At Prana Tours we believe that healing the environment, and the world, begins with healing ourselves.

We invite you to invest in a travel experience that nourishes your heart, body and mind and leaves you feeling more grounded. Nestled between the Apennine mountain range and the Adriatic Sea, the Abruzzo region is one of Italy’s best kept secrets. From October 23 - 31, 2026 we will offer an immersive travel experience in the Abruzzo mountains that coincides with the harvesting of the saffron crocus. Bea Spadacini, YTT 200 (Grace studio) will offer a Vinyasa Yoga session every day and a range of creative practices.

Saffron is a bright gold spice grown in Abruzzo and used in many of its traditional culinary dishes. The crocus, or bright purple flower, blooms in late October, early November, and is handpicked, dried and prepared for storage. Picking saffron is a meditative practice that engages your sensory organs and connects you to the earth. This immersive travel experience is rooted in mindfulness, self-love, and self-care. Details and price range is under the Retreats 2026 menu tab.

In this week-long journey rooted in the Abruzzo mountains, we encourage our guests to engage in the radical act of pausing, observing and reflecting

Fall 2026

The Abruzzo Mountains

Prana Tours specializes in women’s wellness retreats because we know how rare it is for women to take time out of their busy schedules and to care for themselves. Our goal is to promote slow, mindful and sustainable travel.

The idea of this immersive experience in the Abruzzo region of Italy is to tap into your five senses through various outdoor and indoor experiences and to practice being grounded in the body. This means being fully present in the moment through sensory experiences, and becoming one with what you are doing.

In today’s world we are often living in our heads, distracted with our devices and with the overwhelming amount of information that demands out attention. This immersive experience is about going slow, relaxing, and connecting to the landscape, the people and our fellow travelers.
